I don't anything about fantasy football; but, I would pound his ribs throughout the game and force his route to the inside by the DB playing to the outside.  You are trying to defend a great athlete who is really not contact seeking.  You have to look at a strategy that punishes Moss.  The ribs are vulnerable.  Since the game is easy for an athlete who does not have take contact to play, you must take the contact to him.  It has never been used properly but when he is hurt he will quit.
