How do you stop reoccurring dreams?

I live right by the water and there have been many storms this Summer, just so you know that first.

Anywhoozle, every time there's a storm, I have a dream of what the ocean looks like during the storm and it's pretty scary. Just the waves and the rain. It was kind of like in that movie Aquamarine (my lil brother's FAVORITE movie) when Emma Robert's character has a nightmare of the waves that night of the storm in the movie. The dreams vary slightly with each storm. How do I stop them? There sort of obnoxious.

you seem to have a lot going on in your mind and it doesn't all get resolved when you are awake. i find that if i have a particular dream. something disturbing or scary if i write it out and just look at what i have written i can at least loose part of the dream.  try it tmm

This is not a replay of what you see during the day.  This actually means that there is real agitation and calamity in your spirit.  This dream does not bode well.  and by the way, whoever raised you to believe Jews don't pray has done you a great wrong. Perhaps you should teach yourself.

You face the cause.

Stand outside in a storm near the ocean, with a family member or friend, that you love, but don't put yourself in danger. Enjoy being out there, and your minds fears will subside, so too will your dreams.

Don't listen to music while there is a storm. This will make your brain still want a resolve from the fear of storms whenever they occur, causing your dreams to happen.

And please don't pray. Asking an imaginary being for assistance is what keeps society as well as development of mind stagnant.
