ok i feel bad asking so many questions, but i need to know if there is a way i can stop or control or actually it would be best i could not feel this way at all. I moved away from my family because they are tooooooooo stressful but suddenly as i'm working or on a good day i will suddenly get so mad after remembering what happened in the past (subconsciously i guess) and just my whole energy drowns and i feel awful. is there a way to get rid of them, i've been going through ongoing therapy but it never helped.
