ok i feel bad asking so many questions, but i need to know if there is a way i can stop or control or actually it would be best i could not feel this way at all.

I moved away from my family because they are tooooooooo stressful but suddenly as i'm working or on a good day i will suddenly get so mad after remembering what happened in the past (subconsciously i guess) and just my whole energy drowns and i feel awful. is there a way to get rid of them, i've been going through ongoing therapy but it never helped.

  1. then try JESUS.

  2. Meditation helps... and sometimes if you just grind your teeth together, that helps too, I think. I heard something on the radio last night that said to do a 'grateful' list thing before bed, I was about half asleep, but it said to right down as many things that you are grateful for each night--i think-- then read them when you wake up...(I don't know if it works...sorry 'bout that one)

    :) Smile! you'll feel better!

That's about everything i can think of....

  3. Therapy is stupid.  Stop wasting your money there, how can someone that knows you for a little amount of time truly understand what you are going through.  What you need is time and good friends.  The ones that understand you and know you.  Ones that you can call in a heartbeat and listen to your problems.  Your friends and yourself are the only ones that can help you right now!!  Good luck!

  4. I'm going through sort of the same thing.I've recently been seeing a shrink. He put me on Zoloft, and Xanax. So far things have been going o.k.,but I've only been seeing him for a few weeks,so I'm still waiting to see if this is really going to work.

  5. yoga, deep breaths, taking your mind off the subject and concentrating on something else

  6. buy a punching bag and box (good workout and stress releif)

  7. It's definitely hard to get over drama with your family! I held a grudge against my dad for years, and then I finally knew I had to somehow let it go. I knew I couldn't change the way things happened, I just had to learn something from it. Everything that you go through in life can be a lesson for the future. So I just try to focus on not being how he always was to us (angry and mean), and try to be a positive person. I will also take the past experiences with me once I start my own family, and I know I will never treat them the way I was treated.

Whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger!

  8. Easy answer is relaxation and exercise, depending on the situation.

A BETTER answer is to check out this link.  It's all on controlling your temper.  :)

  9. Do some basic things like breathing and close your eye so you see people around you..sometimes people faces make you more angry and you tend to hit them in the face...and btw clench your hand to a fist as hard as possible while you are breathing and closing you eyes...
