well you can just tell her the truth and say mom i know you are trying to help me and trying to be supporting me when i am playing volleyball but honestly when you do it it kind of embarrassing me and i know that you love me but please leave me be so that i can grow up and have god friends and if you keep on doing this i will never have friends so please do thhis for me

be strait. my used to same me at times until i told her how i felt about what she was doing.

tell her that you value and apprciate her support but that you feel ackward with/when _______. fill blank in with what it is that you don't like.

it worked for me. also throw away all pompoms, bull horns, noise makers and other wise. my mom loved these things i hated them. tossed them all out.
