How do you stop your tongue from bleeding?

I bit my tongue like 3 hours a go n it wont stop bleeding, ive tried rinsing, outting ice on it and even using bonjela but its notworking

You could try putting a piece of cotton or something on the spot, and then hold it there.  I mean, your mouth and teeth and tongue can hold it in place.  This should put a little pressure on it and also provide fibers to encourage clotting.  Of course it will stop eventually.

The ice is also helpful because it reduces blood circulation in the area.

Put a clean tissue in your mouth, and apply pressure.

Put more ice on it and if it's bleeding a lot maybe you need some stiches from the doctor.
