  1. After u wash it, put gel/mousse in it. Then, blow dry it as you brush it.

Then take ur iron and straighten it.

  2. u can buy this spray that u spray in your hair before straightining it, i tried it and it worked well i 4get wat its called though look that definition up i said in my beginning words on google or ebay.

  3. Before Getting Out Of A Hot Shower,

Make Sure You Run Cool Water Through Your Hair.

It Helps A Lot With Static.

And Use A Protective Product In Your Hair To Keep It From Going Staticy When You Straighten It.

And It Could Also Be The Type Of Brush Your Using Too.

  4. Use some sort of anti-frizz product when you're hair is wet. Then blow-dry with a round brush that has all those holes in it. Make sure to use a heat-protection spray before you straighten your hair, and they also make some protection sprays with anti-frizz products in it. Once you straighten a section, spray extremely lightly with hairspray, and brush  it out. Hopefully it works!

  5. I like to put a SERUM or WAX in my hair after I straighten it.  It won't make your hair crusty like mouse and hairspray can.  I have very thick & wavy hair, so I can use OIL-BASED waxes, which take all the crazy frizzies out.  I sometimes use products marketed towards african-americans, even though I'm a white girl.  If your hair is thin, use an OIL-FREE serum AFTER you straighten, and brush it through. These products can make hair greasy and flat.  If you use too much, AS A SECOND STEP, simply put some baby powder in your hair and brush it out. Sounds crazy, but I hear the supermodels do it, and it works great for me (it's my little hair secret).  This gives your hair a more natural, windswept from the beach look. Bumble&Bumble makes "hair powder" for this purpose if you think putting baby powder in your hair is too weird!

  6. If possible, turn the heat down on your straightener to mid-level. Too much heat causes damage and frays hair.

Next, go over one section of your hair. If it is not satisfactory, DONT GO OVER IT AGAIN RIGHT AWAY. Do other portions of your head, let it sit for three-five minutes, and then run the straightener over the part again.

Refrain from going over the same ares more than 2-3 times as this causes heat damage and also frays ends.

Try conditioning hair with a straight-enhancing moisturizer, aswell.

    Hope this helped. :)

  7. There are different products you can put in your hair before you straighten it and after you straighten it to make it frizz less. You'll have to experiment to see which works best for you, but here's what I use.

Before I straighten my hair, I apply Loreal's Studio Hot Straight Heat Activated Straightening Cream.

After I straighten my hair, I apply this product by Biosilk which gives the hair this shiny look (not greasy though) and it helps flatten down any loose hairs.

    Also, water works wonders.

I can't stress how amazing water is.

After I do all that product using, if there's still hair sticking up, I always put some water on my finger tips and  flatten down my hair.

Even through-out the day, if your hair frizzes up for whatever reason, water is your best friend.

  8. if it's jusst flyaways from after straightening, try rubbing a dryer sheet over your hair.

somebody told me that and i tried and it has worked for me ever since.
