How do you strengthen your week hand in lacrosse?

i practice a lot just going left, and i can see my improvement. But is there any excersizes i can do to get more confortable? Thanks to all<><!!

  1. Just like i&lt;3 lacrosse said. Wall ball for a long time but don&#039;t forget to practice with your right hand to keep it in performance shape.


  2. wall ball. just find any wall and start throwing and catching. you could also get a rebounder for your home which is the same concept. also try quick stixs too. its where you throw the ball and catch it but don&#039;t cradle. once it hits your stick imediatly throw it back it helps with catching and reaction.

  3. i like hand grips!

  4. try shooting practices left handed.. once you can get a good left handed shot, passing and catching will come naturally. also, when warming up before practice and games, try going left handed.. Don&#039;t forget to rip shots righty too!
