If it's good neoprene you will only be able to stretch it temporarily and only to a certain limit. Use the water trick and the clothespin trick

Let a friend with big hands use it for a day.

hold it under a running faucet get it as full as possible but not too much that you can close the glove, tie the glove shut and hopefully the weight of the water will stretch it.

another thing you can try it put the glove on a table or something , take cloths pins, pin each finger to something and try stretching it that way.
