  1. stand with  legs shoulder width apart with one leg slightly in front of the other. lean back while pushing your hip of the front leg forward and hold. here are some other ways: http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_1/...

  2. Ok so by groin muscles I hope you mean like hip and inner thigh muscles?! You really need someone else to stretch you out really good, but since it just you, you could stand up, open your legs, and then roll down as far as you can go to touch the floor if possible then leaning down lean over towards the right foot, then again to the left, this should stretch out your inner thighs, back of legs, back and arms, then stand up and lean side to side that should help with the hips..

  3. Hi, below are 3 popular stretches that will stretch your groin and hip muscles (also they are soccer specific):

Kneeling Quad Stretch: Kneel on one foot and the other knee. If needed, hold on to something to keep your balance and then push your hips forward.

Sitting Single Leg Hamstring Stretch: Sit with one leg straight out in front and point your toes upwards. Bring your other foot towards your knee and reach towards your toes with both hands.

Squatting Leg-out Adductor Stretch: Stand with your feet wide apart. Keep one leg straight and your toes pointing forward while bending the other leg and turning your toes out to the side. Lower your groin towards the ground and rest your hands on your bent knee or the ground.

There is a great article called Easy Soccer Stretches and Flexibility Exercises...guaranteed to improve your game and do away with soccer injuries for good. also with picture for the above 3 stretches at the following link:

Good Luck I hope this helps!

  4. I've found some good stretches on http://www.SwoleFitness.com but I'm not exactly sure if thats what you are looking for.. Maybe it's best if you go in and have someone give you a sports stretch, and stretch you all the way out?
