Question:

How do you stretch out your knees if the hurt from running?

I've been running miles for cheer lately and I just got over shin splints. This week is our "h**l week" and we're running a mile and a half...And then 2 miles tomorrow. When I run my knees get really weak... How do i stretch them out? Helppp.

  1. lay on your back and bring your leg straight up as far as you can reach it towards your head.

    to stretch it more you can always grab your leg and pull it towards you.

    try doing that with both pointed and unpointed toes.

    also, sit with your legs straight out in front of you and stretch to touch your toes.

    if that doesn't work, stand on a set of stairs looking up them. let your heels hang over the edge of the stair your standing on, and gently bounce up and down so that your on your tiptoes, and then your heel is all of the way below the step
