I have noticed that if I study English grammar or language, the more I study slower and the more I learn faster than when I study too fast.

Tell me if I am study the correct way.

  1. Everyone's learning habits are different and if learning slower is working for you, then keep on doing that. I am only 12 and I came to Canada 5 years ago. I didn't know how to speak English. Then I started playing with kids around the neighborhood and I learned English that way. I was forced to learn English in order to communicate with others and my surrounding helped me learn English. So you should surround yourself with people who speak English.  

    Also, your question has some grammar mistakes.
