  1. half of the exam is common sence

  2. Set yourself a study timetable that also allows time for breaks and social/family time. Try not to shut yourself away for hours on end as this can become stressful and a negative experience.

Stick to your timetable rigidly - self discipline is the key. If you have allowed an hour for math then study for the whole hour with a couple of 5 minute breaks. Don't go over the hour though so you don't steal time from other subjects. Turn off the TV and stereo and choose a quiet place.

Factor in your sport or other commitments and maybe leave Fri or Sat nights to socialise with your friends.

Take on board the answers that suggest methods such as cue cards and even the 'sleep' learning. You will find the ones that work for you as everyone has a different way of learning dependant upon whether they are a visual or aural learner.

You are obviously keen to do well and this is a great start to your study.

    Good luck with your exams.

  3. Firstly i will understand the subject. So that i will give a reading & answer to the questions in my own way.I will try my maximum level best & the result is left to the god.I never bother about result.

  4. Flashcards work every time.

    Being in the library.

Being in an environment where everyone is studying.

Being at home laying down, low music.

  5. find out how you learn and remember best.

Flashcards are good, the making process itself and the actual memory jogging routine.

it depends what subject it is.  Subjects like a first language or literature are very difficult to study for.  All you can do for them is read and do practice essays under time conditions.

But subjects like second languages, sciences and hummanities can be studied for with flashcards.  So vocab, formulas, dates, theories etc.

Maths - lots and lots of exercises, so it becomes second nature

Music and Art - i dont do, but for practical - practice

    theory- i don't know

  6. Different methods work on different people. I am yet to come across a method that works really well on me but I do have a few that work ok if I use them all.

*Study by writing down the thing you need to learn or say it over and over in your head

*Post a poster on your roof and everytime you go to sleep stare up and read it

*Read what you need to study before you go to bed

*once you think you know it get together in a group and quiz each other or just study in a group and still quiz each other

  7. flashcards, re-reading material, reviewing past quizzes, memorzing notes, etc.

    hope i helped :)

  8. write notes on palm cards and read over them continually untill you have them memorised

  9. You can stay very late using cold drinks of just water, and when you decide to go sleep use a previous recorded tape to play on the meanwhile and the subconscious mind do incredible response.
