Question:

How do you submit sports cards for BCCG grading?

I have some personal cards that I would like to get cheaply graded by BCCG. Looking at Beckett website, I can find the submission form for BGS grading, but I can not find the submission for BCCG (Beckett Collectors Club Grading) grading. Can someone explain to me how to go about getting my cards graded by BCCG.

  1. You use a regular BGS submission form and write in that you want the BCCG service instead.

But, why pay the same price for inferior service and lower-value cards, and with no guarantee of turnaround time?

I would not waste my time with BCCG, or Beckett services at all.  How do you justify, on one hand, calling a card a 9.5, which is equivalent to a PSA 10 or SGC 98 - I have never seen a BGS 10 - and on the other hand, grading another card that the secondary market views as inferior a 10 (BCCG)?

To me, it's just a marketing ploy by Beckett, and wrong, and the buyers out there know it.  They'll consider a BCCG 10 the same weight as a PSA 8 or SGC 88.

In my mind, you're better off with either of those two, although I don't like PSA's membership fee to be able to submit cards.

  2. In order to have cards graded by BCCG, you will simply need to fill out a regular BGS submission form. Please make sure you note that you would like the cards graded by the BCCG service
