How do you subscribe to video channels on youtube?

i have an account and have 1 subscription already so i know i can..

but i did it a long time ago, and now when i click subscribe it says "You must confirm your email address to create a subscription."

and i don't know how to do that?

theres nothing there to click or anything either.. lol

help? :)

go on to your email and find the email you got sent when you signed up and follow the link and that should do.
