How do you summon in the game yugioh "the wicked dreadroot"?

"The Wicked Dreadroot" has an effect that states it can't be Special Summoned, and only Tribute Summoned with 3 monsters.

The text of Scapegoat says the tokens can't be used for a tribute summon, so you can't use Scapegoat Tokens.

However, "Stray Lambs" does not have this text. So you may use Stray Lambs to get some of the necessary tributes.

On the other hand, "Destiny Hero - Plasma" says it can only be Special Summoned by tributing 3 monsters (one which is a D-Hero, but that is irrelevant). Because Special Summons are not Tribute Summons, you can use Scapegoat for Plasma.
