  1. Its all about rythum, balance and coordination. First you need to relax. most people freak out and this is no way to swim.  You need to find your own balance within the water. Once you'll balanced yourself while being completly relaxed and confident. You move your ams and leg using the perfect amount of cordination between the two only you will know this. It is different you everyone. Once you have establised your balance and coordination you must obtain a rythum and that will be consistently held. It is a combination of all three of these things to make you the best swimmer possible, of course it may take years to master, but in my opion it is confidence that is key.

  3. i would start off taking a noodle or sumtin then holding it with one hand and kick on your side like that swiching sides every length. Then i would take a kickboard and put two hands on it and kick with your face in the water and when you need to take a breath go to that position you did with the noodle and take one breath and bring your hand back over on to the kick board. After you have masterd that do it without a kick board in a stream line and if you dont know what a stream line is it is when you have both hands on top of each other above your head squezing your ears with your arms.

    some tips would be to blow bubbles so you dont get water up your nose and its easier if you start in a part of the pool that you are comfortable in. Also DONT FORGET TO WEAR GOGLES THEY HELP ALOT any pair will do.
