Question:

How do you swim to the bottom near the swimming pool floor (in a shallow pool)

i tried the other day and i got it but when i did it again i didn't even go near the bottom.

  1. What I do is assume sort of a skydiver's position, with you arms and legs spread out. (although I don't spread my legs more than a few inches from each other)

    As I go under the water I release air from my lungs and sort of do an upwards motion with my hands, as if pushing against the top of the water with the back of my hands.

    Then I'm on the bottom!

  3. I would do a breast stroke, while kicking.

    Releasing some air, I can sink to the bottom and sit for a short while.

  4. Well, you use your arms to pull/push you down, and you kick with you feet. To help you sink, you blow bubbles to release oxygen, to stay down.
