How do you switch users with a mac?

I know how to enable it to switch users but i cant actually do it.

^^ What he said - except that depending on what system software you're using it may appear as Accounts rather than users.

Again what Kris C said, but your login name will appear on the far right, not left

Make sure in the System Preferences, Under Users, in the Login Options that "Fast User Switching" is enabled. Your account name show now appear in the menu bar on the far left. Click on that and choose the user you'd like to switch too.
