How do you sync contacts on a windows moblie phone w/o outlook?

I have a mougl and need to sync the contacts, but i don't have outlook, so it won't give me the option to sync my contacts or calender. is there any way to avoid buying outlook? I have to reset my phone and would like to save my information!

Get a program called pimbackup it will back up  all of your info to  your memory card then when you reset the phone you can run it from the card and it will install them back on the phone.
