How do you sync videos off of the LG VX9900 onto your computer?

ok, i have the LG VX9900 or LG enV. I recently purchased a USB cable and have had no problem syncing music or photos onto it. However i have some videos that i would like to upload onto my computer... they are to long to send to my email. so please don't post something involving sending it to myself. If there is any software that you know of that i can download that will sync it that would be very helpful. thank you
