How do you take TOEFL speaking online?

I know you can take TOEFL online but how would anyone do the speaking? do you have to go somewhere for speaking section?

any ideas?

You still have to go to a testing centre, it's not taken at home. Pretty stupid for them to call it "online".. Anyway, so you're given a mic and a pair of headphones and you have to talk into it and answer whatever they ask you.
