find the webcam software

and

smile at it

and click capture or w.e then it should be in ur pictures or the software folder.

it should be simple.

ther should be cam somewhere

or it doesnt provide captures

or go to msn -tools-webcam settings and you should see yourself there and print screen yourself and paste on paint and crop it and cut and paste it again.  its sound all complicated but thats the only method if u cannot find the cam. it should be on ur laptop.
