You could try simply using a small pair of needlenose pliers and pry the thing apart. You can use a candle flame to gently heat and soften the plastic. Do NOT hold it IN the flame, but ABOVE the flame a ways. All you want to do is heat the plastic slowly until it gets soft enough to come apart easily. I have done this to make very small precision blades which I use in model making for my HO gauge railroad layout. I have no sympathy if you plan on doing something stupid, like intentionally cutting yourself...

Uh...

Take a hammer and smash the head. Then you can take the blades out. That's about as much as you can "take apart."
