How do you take caffeine out of caffeinated iced tea. in the bags.?

I have lipton tea bags w/ caffeine but I want it to be decaf.:)

Buy decaffinated tea if you can. Other then that i dont think there is any way.

i've never tried this, but supposedly if you steep your tea in hot water for about 20 sec., it removes most of the caffeine. then use the bag as usual.

I don't think that's possible. Because the caffeination of the tea starts with the fermentation of the tea laves. You would have to buy a decaffeinated variety of tea if you want decaf.

Ummm.  Give those tea bags to someone that will use them and buy some decaf.  and sorry even decaf a some caffeine in it.
