  1. that is easy

just feed it food that normal baby chicken will eat

the problem will come when it wants to start flying

the baby bird i take care only take 2 day before a crow eat it

    in mid air...........

  2. i've dealt with a baby bird before. You have to go outside and dig up some dirt, find some worms DO NOT wash the dirt off of them (the dirt aids in digestion. Grind them up with a morter and pestel (nasty yea) and put it in a medicine dropper to feed. They need to be fed every couple of hours. Of course keep the baby warm. I kept mine in a nest i found outdoors, i put her in a wire cage with a towel over it in the warmest room of the house. i hope your baby turns out okay.

  3. VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH THAT, BUT TRY TO KEEP IT WARM ALL DAY AND FEED IT WITH SPECIAL FOOD SOLD ON PETSHOPS

  4. i agree if the parents are around u need to leave it there.

If not it needs to be kept in  a small area. KEEP IT WARM!!! use some sort of t shirt to make a makeshift nest. Feed it from a syringe but be very care full. My family raised baby birds and one time while feeding the baby it moved its head and got stabbed in the throat. He was okay.

DO NOT TRY TO KEEP IT AS A PET!!!!!!!

  5. If the bird is fully feathered, it is most likely a fledgling and has left the nest on it's own and it's parents are caring for it. It is normal for birds to leave the nest before they can fly. You need to replace it where you found it..preferably in a scrub or tree so it is relatively safe from predators, and the parents should come back to feed it. If it is unfeathered...then look for a nest and if you can find it...replace it into the nest. Do not worry about your scent being on the chick..birds have a very poorly developed sense of smell and will NOT reject a baby that has been touched. If you cannot find a nest, get the bird to a local wildlife rehab for it's best chance of survival. Also, keep in mind, it is illegal for you to try and raise this bird on your own. Look for a rehab here:

  6. the best thing you can do is put it back in the area you found it so the parents can look after it.

If not then you will need to get some hand rearing formula from the pet store and should be fed every 4 hours.  The formula should have the consistency of pea soup at 109 degrees.  You would need to use a syringe to feed it.  Do not give it water as it will get pneumonia.
