How do you take care of a sunflower?

i got a sunflower as a present it is fully grown how do i keep it healthy?

i have three sunflowers and i just gave them  flower food, water, and sunlight.  you dont want to use anything non-organic. :D

First it would be helpful to know exactly how big it was. You stated fully grown, but sunflowers can range form three to twenty in height, depending on variety. My best advice to you is transplant it outside in full sun and keep it watered well for the first couple of weeks. However, understand a sunflower is an annual plant, which means that it will die of finishing flowering.
