umm just wondering, because im trying contacts soon. I think you just use ur left hand (2 fingures lol) to pull down ur lower eyelid, and then use ur right hand( thumb and index) to just pinch it out. BUT IDK. is that ok to do? oh ya, and for putting them in, do you really need to pull ur upper eyelid to get them in, is it nessesary? lol Tell me the easiest way to put them in, WITHOUT putting them directly on your eye. because i need to look away at first otherwise ill be afraid and not put them in. THANKS. bye

  1. Yeah, that's basically how.  I use put the contact on my right index finger then use my left hand to open the top and bottom lids.  Then I just put it right in the middle.  You can look away if you want, but it doesn't hurt to touch your eyes.  Sometimes, if you don't push it against your eye the lens will pop out.  If you push it a little it creates a hydro-elastic bond with the tears and/or contact lens solutions on the lens.  To get them out you just pinch them like you described. Good luck!

  2. after you have it in, hold the bottom of your eye with one hand and have the index finger free, and then hold the top of your eye with your other hand and then use the free findex finger and your thumb to kinda pinch the lens and take it out

  3. they teach you there.

    it's hard at first.

    it's gets easier afterward.
