How do you take off the setting where it shows what you have searched for in the search areas?

Open inet options in the control panel and hit the clear history tab.

Depends on the browser.

If you are using Internet Explorer, then go to Tools>Internet Options>Content>AutoComplete and then uncheck forms from the settings button

If you are using Firefox, then go to Tools>Options>Privacy, and then uncheck "Remember what I enter in forms"

Click on tools. First item is delete browsing history. It will be gone. Porno huh.
