How do you take off waterproof eyeliner?

i wanted to get waterproof eyeliner, but how do you get it off

dude i had that problem too. get waterproof make-up remover. but my fav makeup remover is almay pads they work great!!!!!

toilet paper, or get eye makeup remover from the cosmetics isle in the store.

try baby oil or vaseline, even body lotion works

Use wipes which you can get from superdrug or boots or in pharmacies instead of water because the wipes will cleanse the skin better.

But if you don't have wipes, you can use water but you will see that your eyes will still look dark.

You would need to use an ACTUAL eye makeup remover. Oil based is usually the best for obsorbing the water proof makeup.
