How do you take red stains out of a white t-shirt??

So I got this really nice white shirt, and while I was cooking some pasta sauce the sauce came all over my new shirt. I've learned my lesson, of wearing old shirts while cooking.

But I wiped it off, and put it in the wash, and now it's orange.

How do I take the stains out ?

Add a few capfuls of bleach to your laundry and wash in cold water, that should help!

you paint the shirt red, then you won't have to worry about a white stain

you can use bleach since the shirt is white.
