You mean like lift the letter off the candy?

I don't think you can do that as I believe they are printed on. The only thing you could do is scrape it off with a knife or something.

by putting Skittles in water and waiting about five minutes or so the S will come off, never tried it with M&Ms tho...

if you put them in water... all the candy coating will come off. Use a small paint brush and dip it in water... "paint" the M off with the water...very slowly and carefully

OR you could order custom M&M's with just the M on them
