How do you take the steering wheel off a 1989 toyota hilux 2.4 diesel ute ?

Your gonna have to first remove any horn covers that may be covering the big nut in the center. Look behind the wheel for any pop covers that may be hiding screws. once you have the horn cover off, remove the big nut in the middle. you may need an impact wrench to do this. You will then need to use a steering wheel puller to remove the steering wheel. Easy!
