  1. i dont know why you would want to

  2. Personally, i prefer not to. unless your in a social setting. But if your in a tournament, i say good luck at the start of the match, and shake hands and say good game when i beat them. The table will speak for itself.

  3. I am a touring pro and instructor who will just tell you how it is. Do not talk to your opponent while he is shooting or getting ready to shoot especially if its tournament play! If you have a question or something ask him or her when the set is over. Don't say things such as nice try or anything for that matter if they miss! Good luck and good question

  4. Assuming you mean a real game not online games you do what other people said and start by shaking hands.  If your opponent makes a really great shot you can show sportmanship by commenting "great shot" but other than that typically people don't chat with their opponents during a game.  Always shake hands at the end even if you think the person was a jerk (LOL).  Pool, like any other sport, should also have good sportsmanship involved.

  5. you normal talk through your voice box out your mouth unless you have a machine like stephen hawkins.

  6. I always try to be a good sport and shake hands before and after a match. I usually don't have much conversation with them during the match but if i do i try to keep it positive and friendly. Some guys will try to talk you out of your game. That doesn't work with me. I've been around too long for that c**p. If a guy is being a jerk or an a***e I'll just sit back with my mouth shut and let him make a fool of himself.

  7. the ethics is very important on this great game, i start with shaking hands and i end it with shaking hands and a nice words, i don't talk to my opponent during the game and even with myself when i miss the shoot, i do the same with my best friends. and i do the same as long as i'm at the pool place.
