How do you teach someone to dance ?

i can dance good and this guy wants me to teach him how to dance before his sisters wedding. any suggestions ?

First put on some music and just dance. Then show him bit by bit how to. And then just dance with him for a bit until he gets used to it.

usually  you can go to a studio near your home and then pick a type of dance and go from there

start with basics i dont know what type of dance but first help him with some rythym count the music out depending on what kind of dance adn then teach small things.....dont get frustrated just stay patient
