How do you teleport in maplestory?

im a magition,and i see a lot of people teleport from everywhere

once your off the tutorial island in the towns there are taxis and you pay the taxis and they bring you to the destination of your choice.

U can't teleport until u get to at least lvl 30. Once u get to that lvl regardless of what class u pick, u will find that teleport is one of your skills that u can put skill points into. Do not use teleport to travel unless you are lvl 45 or up. It wastes a lot of MP but can help you in some situations like ludi pq or just teleporting up if u r 2 lazy to climb the rope.
