How do you tell a group you live with that their method of getting things done is counterproductive ?

those that are trying and vying for a goal and that have a method that is contrary to their every goal, and they will not change. The method is so annoying that if you were me you would try everthing under the sun AND within your ability to stop whatever they are doing. how do you tell them to reconsider before the method destroys them?? I am hoping they discover my gifts for them so they have a bit to think about on their way out.

Try an anonymous note at first to feel out their response. once the initial reaction has subsided then bring it up at the next group meeting. who knows? you may help someone else open up who has been holding onto the same issue.
