Well, no...but why bring it up at all?  If he's not asking, than there's no reason to talk about it.  You might want to hang on to that as long as you can anyways, s*x makes things so complicated.  Once you start with a guy, he's going to expect it, and he's going to want it for the rest of your relationship, maybe even afterward too.  Most guys lose a lot of respect for their girlfriends once they've had s*x with them, and sometimes the only reason they stick with you is to fulfill their own sexual need.  Once you cross that line with a guy, it is a long, difficult, drawn out battle to get back on the other side, and most of the time the relationship doesn't make it.

Whoa that would not scare me away at all. I would love to hear that a girl I like is a virigin. That would be absolutely amazing because it means you can either teach her new things, it means she won't have an std...Hmmm there are so many more reasons but that is awesome to hear trust me.
