How do you tell how old a red ear slider turtle is???

I'm sorry, but there is actually no way to tell unless you were there when the turtle was born, of if you know the breeder. I do know that when they get older, their shell gets darker. If the turtle's shell is still a lighter green color, then it is probably still pretty young. Remember, the older the darker.
