  1. Do a karyotype to look at its chromosomes.

    Otherwise, you can't tell by looking at its phenotype unless you're looking for homozygous recessive


  2. Every dog is both heterozyogous and homozygous.  These terms refer to whether you have two copies of a gene that are the same alleles or different alleles.  Since a dog has thousands of genes, some will most certainly be heterozygous and some will be homozygous.

  3. do you mean its genes if yes take a sample. if you mean a homesexual dog then buy a dog of the same s*x, and see what happens
