  1. im full thanks

  2. You don't.  Take a small portion and take a few tiny bites.  If they ask how it is, you say, "I've never had anything quite like it before," with a sweet smile on your face.

  3. Try to eat atleast half, they put alot of effort into making it and to make you happy so you should show them some courtesy.

  4. Unless it's a relative or close friend that you can be that honest with, don't tell them it's terrible. Tell them you're not hungry or that you just ate. Or, be thankful, eat some of it and make them feel good.

  5. It is something you NEVER say!  Unless you'd like to be banned for life!

The etiquette demands you suffer or go hungry or eat out later...

As for refusing,  you can make excuses like being on diet or fasting or whatever...

    I sympathise with you...

  6. I don't know. I don't address the issue that way. I just say I am very sick and must go home. (It is getting much easier for me to get away from others food.) I can't really watch someone cook any more, because they slobber in the food, and then I feel urpy. Have a good day. I'll be looking for all the answers to your question...ha, ha.

  7. Just say it doesn't agree with you, you never have to tell anyone the food they prepared is terrible.

  8. its easy dude..jst say that you are sick and all u can eat...is some fruit
