You don't!  If you want to be smooth about it, you will play it cool and casually ask her out.  If you tell them straight up that you like them, it will be akward for the both of you.  

Take it slow and ask her to go with you somewhere (food, movies, a party, etc).  If she likes you too, she'll go.
