How do you tell that money is real or not by using a black ink marker

i dont know but it would be easier just to look for the watermark

I don't think u can. You have to use a special pen in order to see if it's real or not. If the ink on the money is yellow or brown, its real. If its black its fake.

You can't with a regular black ink marker.  The markers used in stores have a special chemical that reacts with a chemical in the ink, turning it brown.  If the ink does not turn brown, then the bill is counterfeit.
