How do you tell the difference between a soldier and a Marine?

  3. Their dress uniforms are different, the fatigue uniforms are similar, but the insignias worn differentiate the branch of the military.

  4. Different uniforms, different insignia. One quick way: the sleeve insignia (stripes) on a Marine have crossed rifles beneath. Army insignia do not.

  5. They wear different uniforms, other wise they are the same example of the finest and brightest young men and women the US has to offer. Please take the time to thank them if you should meet one. P.S. That goes for all branches of our armed forces. Go AF.
