How do you tell the difference between cranks?

i have a haro f2 05 frame

what cranks would i need,

US bb, EURO bb or MID bb

plz help

Without the proper tools, contact the manufacturer. You can do this through email or have a local bike shop call the manufactuer and tell you the size you need. Calling the shop is usually going to be the fastest way though.

Keep it in the big ring.
