How do you tell the difference between hens and drakes in rouen ducks?

I have 6 rouen ducks that are about 2 months old and I still can't tell their gender. I know that you have to observe their curled or uncurled tail feathers, raspy and loud quacks, and colour of feet and bills, but it's all too confusing. Is there an easier way to tell, or do I just have to guess? Thanks a lot!
