  1. Well believe it or not majority of the people are wearing the wrong bra size i seen it on Oprah and on a sign in JcPenney.  JcPenney will now measure your accurate/correct bra size.  I would think other department stores would to like sears and dillards, but I know that Jcpenney does.

  2. Your cup size is whatever fits you best no matter what people say. To find out your band size measure right under your bust line and add 5 inches

  3. Read this

  4. you can measure

or just try on bras :)

  5. The standard measuring system that you often hear about, which requires you to add 4 or 5 inches to your under-bust measurement, does not work at all. It would put me at 34B or 34C, whereas I actually wear a 30F or 30FF. It is not uncommon to go for a bra fitting wearing a 36D and come out in a 32F.

The best way to estimate your bra size from your measurements is to take your under-bust/ribcage measurement, and round it to the nearest even number. This should be your band size. It's a bit more difficult to accurately calculate your cup size from your measurements. The best way to find out is to try some bras on. For example if you are wearing a 34C at the moment, and your under-bust measurement is 30 inches, then you'll probably need a 30DD. You need to go up by one cup size for every band size you go down, because the cups are sized relative to the band.

You might be surprised by the size you get - 80% of women are wearing the wrong bra, and most people are wearing a band at least one size too big. If everyone wore correctly fitting bras, the average woman would be in a 34DD.

You will be able to tell if you have the right band size when you can only just fasten it, but it is still comfortable. If you are able to comfortably fasten it on the tightest adjustment, it's too big.

The links listed below will explain in more detail how to tell if your bra fits:

  6. go to victoria's secret and ask them to help you find your perfect bra..

or just go to any shopping place and try on different bras.

  7. the way i do it is get a tape meausurer thingy and you put it from ur boob to ur back and say it says 36 and ur b***s look like kinda small then ur 36 A i do that and my bras fit!!

  8. I used to wonder just like you!

then my sister and i went to victorias secert and got measured and got my size push up bra! it fits and pushes them up, so its worth the $40 dollars you pay. may sound like alot for a bra but you get fitted for your size and they are comfy and just their worth it:)

  9. Measure you ribcage(just below the breast)and add 5 inches to that.   It is your band size.   Then measure the fullest part of you bust and for every inch over your band size, that is a cup size.

  10. if you go to an underwear store you can get measured by someone

  11. cup is around the bottom of your b*****s, so from the left to right around the bottom

go to a bra shop they will talk to u about it and help u find the perfect fit

  12. right under your breast's measure it. add 5" from it, then right across the nipple so the same thing but subtract 1". use the difference to see -what's your cup size (1"-a 2"-b 3"-c 4"-d 5"=dd) and the measurement under the breast is your band size.

  13. i would go and get measured by victoria secrets, if you dont want to, just put them up to you and look if they fit. i would get one that looks tight on the tightest whole so you can loosen it

  14. Its not only your bust length. When determining bra size, the length around the bottom of your b*****s is the first number... for example if you're 34 inches, like me, then whatever your bra size is will start with a 34. It'll be like 34B or 34C. The actual cup size will tell you how big your b*****s actually are. 34C is obviously larger than 34B and 34A. If you want to get help in measuring your size yourself at home, check out this website : http://www.afraidtoask.com/breast/breast... . If you want it done professionally, I'm sure you can ask any of the ladies at any lingerie store. Hope I helped!

  15. Go and get measured at Victoria's Secret.

  16. To find your bra size you will need a tape measure.

    Fitting your band size

Measure under your arms, high on your back, across the top of your chest.

If this measurement is an even number, this is your band size.

If an odd number, add 1" to determine your band size.

    Fitting your cup size

Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust. Next, subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement; each inch represents a cup size. For example: if your band measurement is 34" and your bust measurement is 36", the difference between these measurements is two inches, and you'd wear a B-cup.
