How do you tell your guy friend that you like him?

Okay, so previously I asked how to get him back and I said that I did have a little crush on him. The two people answered saying that I should tell him that I like him. However, I'm at a lost to do so.

He's been my friend for three years and I've liked him for two of those. Right now, he has girlfriend and I know they won't last until at least March or May of next year because he moves on fast if they aren't him type; I know him and have seen him dumb quite a few.

Should I wait until he breaks up with his girlfriend or just do it? Also, how would I go about doing it because I don't want to ruin our friendship?

Well if you do tell him, make sure its in person, trust me i know threw experience, when i told my guy friend i had feelings for him, i told him over myspace, and he ended up never talking to me again.  And you shouldn't wait until they break up just tell him how you really feel when you guys are hanging out, even though its hard a good thing might come out of telling him.And the last thing you should be worrying about is ruining your guy's relationship if hes your real friend it wouldn't care. =]

I can tell when a girl likes me in one sec, how do you know he doesn't know that you like him? maybe he knows and he just wants it to stay this way.
