Use that to measure your bra size.

Just tell her you have your period, she's been through it before.

  2. She knows exactly what youre going through. Heck, if she is under 45 she probably still gets her period. It is nothing to be embarrassed or feel awkward about. Its totally normal. Just go up to her and say "Mom, I started my period. What do I do?" Then she'll help you out.

  3. When I told my mom, I had just discovered it, and was still sitting in the toilet, and just yelled "MOM!!!!" (Not scared, by excited) and she just knew. She popped her head in the bathroom, with a pad in her hand, and asked, "Finally?"

    Just tell her:

"Mom, we need to go to the store to buy pads"

It's normal. At least you don't have to tell your dad... Now THAT would be awkward... (When I moved with in with my dad, I ended up having to "teach" him which ones to get... It was wierd)

  4. make up a code. i said "mom i need sticks and leaves please!!" (tampons and pads)

  5. Oh i hated that moment ... i waited 3 days to tell her , which was absolute h**l ! But in the end i just waited untill she was alone ad just said

" Mum, i've started my period"

i expected her to explode with motherly glee but she didn't

    she just went

"There's stuff in the bath room "and carried on ironing

I was so surprised but relieved. Just come out with it, she's gotta know !

  6. Just say "Guess what i got today mom?"

If she doesn't take the hint, and she says "what?" just say "I got it my period."

    Hope this helps!

    Good Luck!

  7. Just be honest with her and tell her that you need pads, she will understand

  20. dont be embarrased mom has been through it too, when you tell her you could also hit her up for a new bra.ok the number is the distance around you like a 32 is 32 inches around, the letter is the cup size a being small, e is larger etc

  21. mom, i just started my period

It is concerning to me that you have such difficulty talking to your mother and, at some point, need to talk to her about it being difficult to be open with her. You probably need to get closer to her...
