I would say "Hey mom, dad, my friend ---- just got pregnant." Then they will all be like OMG no WAY!! then I would say "What do you think her parents should do, she is afraid to tell them. What would you do?" Then they tell you and you make a plan quick!

nah just ask them if they love you, they will say yes and wonder why you asked that. Then say "No, not just love me, but love me no matter what." Then make sure they answer the question. Then tell them.

I like Sceney's idea. You could always emphasis the word "my friend." and point to you're stomach.

But it's a serious matter, so act calm and most of all MATURE.

If you are actually married by the time the baby comes, that's fine.  But if you aren't married, they are going to figure something out when you are constantly having to deal with a screaming baby.

I'm thinking that they already know something since you are asking this, so you may as well fess up.  Probably one of the other people you've told may have let it slip.

Edit: OHHH!  I get it.  I misread what you wrote.  I thought you were planning to get married sometime down the road, and got pregnant a little early, and I was under the impression you were in your 20's.

Well, there's only one way to tell them, so you may as well spill everything.

Just sit your parents down, and say "Mom, dad, I really need to talk to you. I'm your daughter, and parents always say they'll support their children through WHATEVER happens. So, I need your support now. I recently found out that I am pregnant." say something along those lines, and how it wasnt planned, and how you need someone to help you along the way. (even if you think you dont) most parents deal better with this instead of hey mom guess what? Im pregnant.

Go to like Dollar General, get a gift bag and but some little baby socks or a pacifer then put it in the gift bag (with tissue paper) and give it to them, let them open it and then say "Congrats, your going to be grandparents!"

(good thing, I have all the episodes saved on my computer! Hooray!)... Anyway, there are differents ways you can tell them, maybe write it in a note. But if I was you, I would tell my mom first. To me, the moms seem like the more dependable person you can talk to than the dad...lol
