today I te 60 grams of fat. I'm 17 years old female and I weight about 53-54 kilos, my height is 165 ( 5'5'') and I'm eating around 1200-1600 calorie per day, burning more 2000-2200 calories. Training everyday for 90 minutes. I would like to lose 3-4 kilos. But today I've consumed 60-65 grams of fat shall I gain?
